Payment
All appointments require a 30% non-refundable deposit to book.
Guests
Guests may wait in the lobby outside the suite. No children allowed.
Late policy
10-minute grace period. Later than that is rescheduled with a new deposit.
Cancellation
Please cancel or reschedule within 12 hours. No-shows are charged 50%.
